- Sam Turnham Review added: 2018.08.25★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer care and knowledge. Phoned up in the morning and asked for a “brake lever perch”. I was told there was one on the shelf so I drove down and was presented with a brake lever. Not what I drove 18 miles for. The man who was behind the desk was rude and uninterested in my purchase. Little did he know that I was about to make a fairly substantial order with them but the attitude of this bloke told me to shop elsewhere.
